I don’t have a lot of time to write a bunch of notes up. Well I should say I don’t have a lot of energy. I’ve discovered why it is that people drop so much weight after 2 weeks as a vegan: that’s because it’s really hard to find food that is vegan. Well they have vegetables. And fruits. But I am also trying to be keto, so I don’t want to eat any carbs. It’s rough! I’m getting hit from both sides. The goal here is to see if living a vegan diet will drop by blood pressure after two weeks. After one day, I can’t say that my blood pressure has dropped, seems about the same. But I did lose a pound of weight. I think though that’s because I’m not eating much. Not as much as I did the day before, that’s for sure! But anyway, I can’t really ramble on today, I need to shut this down and get some rest. I’m gonna need it for tomorrow I think!
