All About Negative Showing Feedback
When your home is up for sale, you’re going to have buyers coming through it to see if it’s somewhere they’d want to live…even with all the virtual this, stunning photography that, there’s no substitute for actually coming to experience a home in person – none. When people come through your home, it’s your agent’s job to follow up with them and see what they thought about the home…what feedback there is. I need to prepare you for this: it’s not all going to be good feedback. A lot of times, there will be no feedback. But when you do hear NEGATIVE feedback, how will you interpret that?
