When it comes time to accept the terms of the contract on the sale of your home, you’d be well advised to make sure that you really want to sell. Make sure that you’ve consulted with everyone who you need to talk to – family members, friends, employer(s), lawyers, and tax planners. Make sure you know where you’ll be moving to, and when. And make sure you you really are 100% ready and committed to selling your home, because once you sign the contract, you’re committed to those terms.
